We had this exquisite room with a fine view of the Dome. The staff, they were more than just friendly, they were like family, always ready to help us with local recommendations and even made reservations for us.

It wasn't inexpensive, but you know what, worth every penny.

Everything was very convenient, magnificent location in the heart of the city, the staff were kind! The room was luxurious and elegant with fresh pastries, great view, spectacular views, met expectations.

We had an amazing stay! The cozy room had a stunning view of the Duomo and the complimentary cappuccinos were out of this world! Plus, the perfectly stocked kitchenette was a lovely surprise. Can't wait to go back!

The staff were very professional and incredibly professional and always had a smile. The room was spotless, large with good facilities. Could use central heating, an individual safe and pay TV. The service was EXCELLENT, that made the hotel nicely decorated place.

The inn was a bit hard to find, and the walk from the parking garage with luggage was tricky due to busy streets.

The room was super clean, and we loved that we could see the Duomo right from our window! The common lounge had a cozy setup perfect, along with a kitchenette stocked with free drinks and snacks. The only slight hiccup was a minor issue with the WiFi during peak times, but it didn't overshadow our stay 😊

Two nights in a spacious Double or Twin Room. Impeccably clean. The bathroom was great, with a spacious shower and all the toiletries you'd need. Comfy beds and a tv. Loved having fresh croissants and coffee in the cozy kitchen area. The staff offered amazing local dining tips and were super helpful. Location is just minutes from the Duomo.

The complimentary cappuccinos were a good touch each morning.

The lady at the reception was quite rude, especially regarding breakfast options.
